If Libaura requires the collection of personal information from you, it will be expressly asked for. The information that you give will be used and managed in accordance with the 'current Data Laws of the UK'. The information that you give may be used to communicate with you, to effectively provide our Services and to inform you of any future Promotions or Special Offers.

The type of personal information we collect about you depends on how you interact with the website. The information that you directly submit may include:

Basic Contact Details: Name, Address, Phone number, Email
Order/Booking Information: Name, Billing address. Payment confirmation, Phone number
Account Information: Username, Password, Security questions
Customer Support Information: this is the information that you choose to include in communications with us eg sending a message through the services.

Some features of the Website and Services may require you to directly provide us with certain information about yourself. You may elect not to provide this information; by doing so it may prevent you from accessing certain Services and actions associated with booking and payment options. Refund Policy

Reiki Treatments, Crystal Healing Treatments, Bespoke Meditation Sessions

There is a 50% deposit to be paid for all treatments prior to attendance. This can be paid via bank transfer once you have had the date and time confirmed.

At least 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation of these sessions. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Courses and Classes

Libaura has a strict no refund policy. If any of the classes or courses are cancelled they will be rescheduled and payment will be transferred to a new date in accordance with this.

Libaura does not accept responsibility for changes in students/attendees personal circumstances. If there is reasonable cause, students/attendees may move their courses/classes forward to a new date after booking and paying for the service. Libaura must be notified within 24 hours of commencement of course/class or the payment will be forfeited.

Libaura Material and Certification

Libaura reserves the right to remove a student/attendee from - or not to add a student/attendee - to it courses/classes or treatment sessions.

Libaura reserves the right not to provide a Course completion Certificate to a student, and without monetary compensation. If a student fails to meet the required standard, course certification cannot be provided. Should this arise, the student will be offered a resit of the course for a reduced fee. If a student is found to have acted inappropriately during a course, certification maybe revoked.

Libaura makes no representations or warranties about the suitability, accuracy or currency of the contents of this website, lack of viruses, or any other matter whatsoever with respect to the website, its contents, or use.
