Progressing your practice to this level takes you even further into the realms of 'energy practice'.
You will develop a greater understanding of the Universe and thus the mysteries of life.
The path to discovering and deepening your connection to your 'True-Self' brings in greater meaning
and direct experiences. For this reason it is recommended that you fully immerse yourself in the
Okuden practices before embarking on this level of training.
